UFC 278 will see Leon Edwards challenge Kamaru Usman to the title of welterweight fighter
UFC champion Kamaru Usman is seen with Leon Edwards, who shows off his Rolex watch before the fight.
Edwards went to war against the UFC's pound for pound king seven year ago, but came up short
Rocky was treated to a nice present before his biggest fight in mixed martial arts.
Edwards, 30 years old, purchased a Blue Sky Dweller Rolex and flew to Utah earlier in the month.
Sky Dwellers was priced at a staggering PS25,000. However, it is not known how much Edwards paid to purchase the watch.
On Tuesday, Team Renegade's star displayed the new timepiece via his Instagram Story.
He wrote the following message in the video: "Shoutout to @abouttimeltd, for sourcing me and getting my right for the fight."
Edwards enters the biggest fight in his career based on an impressive streak of undefeated.
The Brit, a Jamaican-born Brit, has won nine of his ten last octagon appearances. His only blemish was his no-contest against Belal Muhammad.
Edwards will think of revenge when he faces Usman, the man who was responsible for his only defeat in the octagon.
The Birmingham bruiser has not tasted defeat since Orlando's fateful night. His improvements over the years have impressed the reigning champion.
SunSport's Usman said that he has seen many improvements in Leon's performance. He is now more relaxed and calculated.
His takedown defense and offense are excellent. His wrestling offense has increased exponentially.
"To the point where I have seen him win fights with his wrestling, and his grappling.
"So he has really rounded out the game to where it's more of an all-round fighter now."
