Brendan Loughnane, MMA rival, and Chris Wade were in a heated face-to-face before their grudge match.
The semi-final of Professional Fighters League will feature the 145lb featherweight duo, who have won their regular season bouts to qualify.
Brendan Loughnane got heated with Chris Wade in a fiery "face-to-face"
After making the playoffs, they will settle the score at the Copper Box Arena on Saturday night.
Victory will place one man in the $1million winner-takes-all final fight and earn bragging rights.
Loughnane from Britain, aged 32, and Wade, American, aged 34, went back-and-forth as SunSport sat in the middle of bitter enemies at News UK's headquarters.
Wade was defeated by Movlid Khaybulaev last season's final. He also reached the lightweight semis at 155lb twice before.
Loughnane was also defeated by Khaybulaev in the final four. Wade isn't convinced by his opponent’s rise through ranks.
He stated that he was trying to figure out how to make the money you make, because he hasn't done ***.. You haven’t done anything.
"You were defeated in a UFC fight, then you came here and treated it like Conor McGregor's second coming. You have done absolutely nothing.
"You've lost one semi-final? What did you do? I made it to the semi-finals twice at 55'.
"A weight class higher than us, I was a winner in the UFC. You're running your mouth, I was in the finals my very first year at 145.
Loughnane retorted: "Imagine doing all that and nobody cares about your." You are not important to anyone."
Their fight for London's headline has accelerated the animosity.
Both refuse to believe that bitterness will reduce their performance. Instead, it will only increase.
Loughnane stated that he was "stone cold", bro. He has been the best trainer I have ever had, and that is a true testimony to God.
"I didn’t know that I could travel to the places I’ve been to during this training camp. He has brought out the best in me.
"I trained my f***ing a** off more than ever. You have properly, properly motivated me to a whole new level.
Wade is driven to get the life-changing check that he was so close to receiving last year.
He said, "This keeps me awake at night."
"After the Movlid fight I was thinking about how I let down my daughter and some of my family members that I could have provided for for a longer time.
"It got my emotional, it got it upset, and when I sit down and dwell on it it's my true driving force. To be able to care for her and give her some things in life that other people don’t get.
"Not to spoil her, nor to ruin her, but to make sure that things are taken care. That's where I keep my head."
