Rising UFC star Paddy Pimblett has called out JAKE PAUL - who wants him to fight the social media star in her'mum’s back yard'.
YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul has ruffled the feathers of several UFC fighters over the last 14 months - despite his calls for better pay in the promotion.
Jake Paul has been singing loudly about fighter pay
Pimblett doesn't believe Paul is trying to make money by making fighters richer, and he also doesn't believe The Problem Child wants to transition to MMA.
During a chattin' pony podcast appearance, the former Cage Warriors featherweight champion said: "The manner he's saying is, 'I'm gonna get in the cage.'
"You're not, lad. You're not. Stop lying. You can fight me in my garden tomorrow if you're interested in MMA. Do you see what I'm referring to?
"He's just going on, he's trying hard to act like a martyr - as if he's helping MMA fighters.
"He's not, lad. He does it for his own publicity."
Pimblett insists that Paul's rants on fighter pay are an attempt to make Dana White, UFC president, look bad.
Liverpudlian said: "That's why it's the only thing that pisses me about it, people are like, Ah, he actually being good for MMA fighters.
"He's not. He wants to show Dana White and that's the best way.
Next Generation's Pimblett expressed his disgust at Paul after Tyron Woodley's victory last August.
He stated, "I don’t waste my time on s*** like this." Woodley almost knocks him out with a punch, which is the only thing I have seen.
"I have heard from a few people that Woodley was robbed.
"You must finish people like this, or you will be robbed."
He's a sausage. He's a sausage. I would fight him tomorrow.
Pimblett, a lightweight prospect, is currently preparing for a March showdown against Kazula Vargas at UFC London.
Paul is looking at a September return to ring after he has finished promoting Amanda Serrano and Katie Taylor's epic clash.
