UFC RINGGIRL Brittney has responded to Khabib Numagomedov who called her profession 'useless'.
Palmer tweeted Conor McGregor's recent tweet mocking Khabib's comments. This was her opinion on the matter.
After Khabib's 'useless' comments, Palmer retaliated against Khabib
Khabib, 32, said that ring girls were 'useless' and made him feel uncomfortable.
McGregor, 33 an ex-rival, mocked his comments and posted a meme taken from the legendary sitcom The Simpsons, directed at Khabib.
This image featured Smithers, a popular character, sobbing as two half-naked women danced next to him.
Smithers was captioned "Khabib" and women were captioned "Brittney Palmer" and "Arianny Celeste", two of the most prominent ring girls.
And Palmer, 34 years old, saw the humor in the Irishman's tweet, tweeting: "Hahahah sorry, not sorry!"
Palmer is one the most loved ring girls in UFC, with over 1.2 million followers on Instagram and 395,000 on Twitter.
Before Khabib's retirement, McGregor and Khabib were fierce rivals. The Russian won their Octagon showdown on October 2018.
Khabib stated in August that "Look, I don’t want to offend anybody, but ring ladies are the most useless persons in martial arts."
"What are their functions? I have a question. It can be shown that it is the second round.
"There are people who are proficient in martial arts, but they walk. This is just my opinion... I don’t want to force it on you.
"I came to fight night, sit beside my father. These people pass by, showing people it's the second round. No one sees the plate [sign].
"I am uncomfortable with my father. It is not something I oppose. You can do what you want, but don’t force it on me. It is possible in the designated areas.
