COLBY COVINGTON has rekindled his rivalry against Dustin Poirier with an absurd claim about Conor McGregor's wife.

He has made use of his media appearances to launch a nasty rant about his American Top Team partner Poirer.
Problems began when 'Chaos predicted that Diamond would not be capable of handling the wrestling skills of Khabib Nurmagomedov in advance of their September 2019 clash.
Covington went on to criticize Poirier's skills in wrestling before his opponent replied, insisting that he wants fight his former teammate on streets.
The star has now shockingly accused Jolie, Poirier's spouse, of cheating on McGregor. Jolie is currently engaged and has three children together with Dee Devlin.
Covington stated that a possible fight with Poirier was necessary. He is being too reckless with the media right now.
"He said, ‘It’s on sight,’ and when he spoke to you clickbait traders, he was saying, ‘Oh, I'm no gonna fight Colby at the Octagon, where there are finances on the line. "I'm going to fight him in the streets, and we're both going to jail."
Covington said: "It's funny because it's ironic because although he talks about being family-oriented and a good man, he wants me to fight him in the streets and possibly go with his family.
Dustin Poirier now has all the stipulations to defeat me. Only one condition. He lets the whole world see and have fun.

Covington's low blow follows McGregor's war of words against Poirier, where he dragged the American's spouse into their feud.
The Irishman called Jolie Poirier a h*e' after he fell on the octagon floor with a broken leg following his UFC 264 Trilogy loss to The Diamond.
In August McGregor made comments on Poirier's video discussing a street fight, including the words "sounds about right" - which led the star to share a photo of Poirier's foe lying on the ground.
McGregor was furious at Poirier and began to rant.
He wrote, "Ye pal, live on that one back, I'll too. Your head bounced off the ground like a basketball. Your wife, bro. The dm.
"Lean your elbows on your dome. The soft part of your skull that doesn't harden forever. Since you were a baby. At 100mph, he'll be inserted into your skull. You slept on my stomach!"
Poirier responded with "1-3", which was followed by McGregor's reply with "three commas".
