CONOR MCGREGOR praised Glover Teixeira's achievement of his UFC gold medal dream, which he said has given him 'Proper Motivation.
Teixeira won the light-heavyweight title for the second time on Saturday in Abu Dhabi's main event at UFC 267.

At 42 years old, the Brazilian defeated Jan Blachowicz in the second round to become the oldest UFC champion.
McGregor was a big fan of Teixeira's completion of his fairytale tale.

An emotional Teixeira reflected on the remarkable achievement in a post-fight interview. It is hard to put into words.
He said, "We spoke about Dana White and the UFC and the way he promotes it and how he violates the rules. That's why UFC is what they are."
"And I'm violating the rules, 42-years old. These rules will continue to be broken.

"No matter what other people say, don’t listen to them. They will put you down.
"Don't listen or be influenced by negative people. Be confident in yourself and continue to move forward.
McGregor, 33 years old, is currently recuperating from the severe broken leg sustained in his fight in UFC 267 Trilogy with Dustin Poirier.
Ireland's first UFC champion has already returned to his feet, hitting the pads and attempting to make a comeback to the octagon next year.
McGregor's manager, Paradigm Sports Management chief Audie attar, told SunSport that McGregor was ahead of schedule earlier this month.
"We received our x-ray results back, but we also got our CT scan and ultrasound results.

"It's so healing to see the x-rays from my own perspective.
"He is walking now after only 10 and-a-half weeks of surgery.
"And he's doing s**t we don't want him do, like throwing the first pitch at the Cubs Game."
