CONOR McGREGOR shared his insider knowledge with his social media followers about his new pub in Dublin.
The UFC fighter bought The Waterside bar in Howth to expand his property portfolio.
McGregor confirmed the purchase via Twitter. He retweeted The Currency’s original report captioning: "The town IS mine!" My town is yours."
The Dubliner took his followers on Saturday to the Howth bar for an exclusive look at his new venture.
He also shared photos and said "My Howth spot!"
"I have a plan to put a jewel within another jewel with this stunningly placed premise. [sic]

The Waterside bar, as the name implies, is located on Harbour Road, Howth, just next to the marina.
McGregor posted a photo showing the view from his premises of the marina.

This is the most famous spot for him, and has been home to many celebrities and major names.
