Michael Chandler has called out CONOR McGREGOR as the former UFC champion continues to recover.
33-year-old The Notorious was seen kick for the first time since his injury. This could indicate that he may soon return to the Octagon.
Chandler wants to be McGregor's man when he makes his UFC return.
Chandler, 36, is fresh off a crushing second round knockout of Tony Ferguson in May. He believes that he can make something special if McGregor faces him next.
Chandler stated to TMZ Sports that he wanted the best stage against the strongest competitor the sport has ever witnessed.
"We may never again see another talent, another fighter sports icon like Conor McGregor. Not until I retire. We're talking about the next few decades.

"Obviously, Conor could take a lot more fights than he can, and a lot more big names. But I would love to be on the other side when the cage door closes and then go out and do something special.
"I want him at the worst, most dangerous, and biggest.
He's big and strong. He's 180-something pounds. Let's try it at 170. I'm always willing to make 155 if it is not possible.
UFC chief Dana White said he would like to see the fight inside the Octagon.

White stated: "I don’t know, Conor vs Chandler after Chandler’s last fight.
"There are many fights to be had, but I don't know that this is the one. But we'll see the landscape when Conor returns.
It makes sense that Conor's is ranked No 8 [Chandlers] at No 5.
