DADDY CALL

Tommy Fury and Jake Paul are in talks about long-awaited fight. Dad John confirms

"Obviously, Conor could take a lot more fights than he can, and a lot more big names. But I would love to be on the other side when the cage door closes and then go out and do something special.

"I want him at the worst, most dangerous, and biggest.

He's big and strong. He's 180-something pounds. Let's try it at 170. I'm always willing to make 155 if it is not possible.

UFC chief Dana White said he would like to see the fight inside the Octagon.

McGregor's fitness is unknown, but he warned of caution and pointed out that McGregor and the fighters were in similar positions.

White stated: "I don’t know, Conor vs Chandler after Chandler’s last fight.

"There are many fights to be had, but I don't know that this is the one. But we'll see the landscape when Conor returns.

It makes sense that Conor's is ranked No 8 [Chandlers] at No 5.
