McGregor returned to his extravagant birthday bash which featured an amazing UFC Octagon cake.
The 34-year old posted photos with Dee Devlin, his mother Margaret, and his two sisters Erin (and Aoife) on Facebook.
Sarah, Dee's sister, was also present among the Irishman's training partners.
McGregor celebrated his birthday on board his yacht, with his wife and his three children.
The former featherweight champion and lightweight double-champion is currently undergoing rehabilitation and recovery from the broken leg that he sustained against Dustin Poirier last Summer.
McGregor seems to be getting closer to a return date after he has intensified his training.
