Khamzat Chimaev finally comes back this weekend

McGregor was the first person to hold both the lightweight and featherweight UFC belts simultaneously.

However, he has not been without controversy. He was recently accused of punching a Italian DJ while on holiday.

Swede Khamzat is unable to respect the Notorious for this reason.

The 27-year old admitted to Zuba TV that he had achieved all in the UFC, including being a champion in both weight classes. This is something I admire about him.

"But it's impossible to respect him, as a person."

Chimaev made a splash last July when he beat Rhys McKee TEN DAYS after beating John Phillips in his UFC debut.

In September 2020, he won a third consecutive night bonus for his performance. He beat Gerald Meerschaert by 17 seconds.

The bout was to have Brit Leon Edwards in the main event, but it fell apart twice as both men tested positive at Covid-19.

Chimaev was unable to deal with the coronavirus aftereffects and even had to temporarily retire from MMA.

He returns to the ring this weekend and moves down to welterweight in order to face Li Jingliang, No11 in China.

Chimaev, who was bullish about his return, said: "I don’t think these men want to fight me after this fight."

They'll be afraid again and complain that he didn't fight these good guys.

"We will watch what happens after the fight."
