Dana White says UFC hasn't begun planning for Conor McGregor’s return, but admits that Nate Diaz could be next

CONOR MCGREGOR isn't fighting in the UFC since he lost his trilogy bout with Dustin Pourier in July 2013. There are no plans for his next fight.

UFC chief Dana White teased the fans with the possibility that McGregor will be in a three-man fight against long-time foe Nate Diaz.

McGregor and Diaz fought in two previous epic bouts.

According to reports, Diaz recently signed a new contract for White's promotion. White was then quizzed about whether it could include another meeting of McGregor.

White said that it could be. Conor will probably be back this summer, I believe. However, I am not certain. It all depends on how his leg heals.

"There are a million possibilities that could occur between now and then. It is foolish to speculate. That is why I stopped doing it.

"When McGregor calls me and says he's ready for training 100%, then I'll talk about Conor's possibilities."

McGregor and Diaz fought in epic bouts in 2016 with only one win between them.

A trilogy fight would be the best way to end a rivalry that will go down in UFC History.

McGregor's fight against Poirier was a trilogy, so the Notorious might opt for the same thing again next time.

After suffering a terrible leg-break at UFC 226 Poirier's defeat, the 33-year old is still not ready to go.

Recent photos of McGregor, a muscular looking former champ, suggest that McGregor is aiming to return to action in 2015.

These images were taken before McGregor's Black Forge Inn pub, Dublin, was hit with two petrol bombs last week.

After the horrifying events, police are investigating an attempted crime of damage.
