Tech giants at odds
Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk were spotted sitting far apart from each other at an AI tech event as talks continue over their proposed super-fight.
Arrival at Capitol Hill
Zuckerberg, 39, and Musk, 52, arrived at Capitol Hill in Washington to participate in the AI Insight Forum, but were seated at opposite ends of the panel.
Public spat
Zuckerberg and Musk have been engaged in a public spat, with the duo pushing for a cage fight to be organized by UFC boss Dana White.
Stalled negotiations
Talks over the proposed $1 billion super fight have recently stalled, with Zuckerberg calling time on the proposal in August. UFC boss Dana White doesn't think talks will reopen anytime soon, saying, "I never say never, but probably not."

Biggest charity event
White claimed that the proposed fight would have been the biggest charity event ever held in history, with 90% of the estimated $1 billion earnings going to charities.
No stopping Zuckerberg
Zuckerberg remains serious about competing in martial arts and becoming a UFC fighter, according to White.
Musk's previous suggestion
Musk had previously suggested that he and Zuckerberg should practice in the latter's backyard octagon, but Zuckerberg dismissed the idea and insisted on a professional organization instead.
Location controversy
Musk jokingly suggested fighting Zuckerberg in the Colosseum in Rome, but Zuckerberg declined the offer.

Biographies
Zuckerberg co-founded Facebook in 2004, while Musk is the CEO of SpaceX.
