This is the moment when a MMA fighter's SHOULDER is ripped out of his socket. He refused to tap out.
Cole Farsaci, an amateur brawler at Cage Wars 52, sustained the horrific injury on Friday.
He was competing in his first MMA bout at Rivers Casino in Schenectady.
Farsaci could be in the waiting room for his next appearance after this painful setback.
When the fight quickly moved to the floor, Jahliel Palmer was the American opponent.
Farsaci was defeated by Palmer, who eventually locked his arm in an upright position.

Palmer applied pressure to force the tap-out. The couple squirmed on each other as they squirmed.
Farsaci, however, stood firm and continued to fight in his bid to break the hold.
When Farsaci spit out his mouth guard, the pain barrier was clearly raised a notch.
And then Palmer folded Farsaci’s arm in HALF and ripped it from his shoulder socket.
As Palmer celebrated, the referee stopped the fight immediately.
Farsaci, on the other hand, writhed in pain as the realization of the injury hit.
The horror-stricken fans watched in horror from the sides as the commentary team shouted: "We don’t want to hear that."
"He just pulled the shoulder out from the socket. It is urgent that we get a doctor to come in.
"Wow! We don't want to ever see that happen. Oh my goodness.
"This is a violent and dangerous sport.
Since suffering the terrible injury, Farsaci has maintained a low profile.
Palmer quickly reacted to his win by tweeting: "First win in amateur MMA! I am extremely grateful to all my friends, family and teammates.
