Medical Tests One Week After KO
Francis Ngannou recently disclosed that he is still undergoing medical tests a week after suffering a brutal knockout at the hands of Anthony Joshua.
Anthony Joshua secured victory over the ex-UFC champion in just two rounds, delivering three knockdowns and a final ruthless right hand.
Update from Ngannou
Ngannou, who needed oxygen after the KO, took to Instagram Live to update fans on his condition, stating, "I was conscious right after (the KO), and since then everything’s been good. I'm still going to run some medical work, just in case."
Challenges Faced by Ngannou
The 37-year-old Ngannou, who previously dropped Tyson Fury on his boxing debut, faced a controversial split-decision loss in October. However, Joshua, 34, helped restore order in the ring just five months later with a convincing finish.

Ngannou, now 0-2 as a boxer, revealed struggles leading up to the fight with Joshua, mentioning that he felt unwell and even fell asleep while warming up due to the fight starting at 3 am in Saudi Arabia.
Ngannou's Future Plans
Ngannou made a lucrative switch from UFC to boxing, earning around £20 million. While he has signed with the Professional Fighters League, he hinted that his boxing journey is not yet over, saying, "I am not done yet. The only thing missing here was time. I will take some time for myself to chill, then come back to training to get ready for another challenge."
