Junior dos Santos, an ex-UFC heavyweight champion, suffered a horrific dislocated shoulder during his Eagle FC debut.
Last Friday, the Brazilian promoted himself on the latest American show of Russian MMA promotion.
Junior dos Santos locked horns with Yorgan De Castro at EFC 47
of their heavyweight showdown.
He was still in pain after sustaining a broken right shoulder during the third round against fellow UFC vet Yorgan de Castro.
JDS pushed De Castro against the cage and tried to get a big overhand on the heavyweight.
His shoulder popped out of its socket, and he immediately went on the defensive.
De Castro saw the terrible injury and reported it to the referee for him to inspect.
