American social media influencer and 24-year-old American, Jorge Masvidal, 37, stepped up the fight and said he would quit boxing to face Jorge Masvidal in the octagon.
Paul, however, demanded that certain conditions be met. These included an increase in fighters' pay.
These were the demands: "1) Increase min fighter's pay per fight to $50k (it is currently $12k).
"2) Guarantee UFC fighters at least 50% of UFC's annual revenues ($1bn by 2021).
"3) Provide long-term healthcare for all fighters (you said previously that brain damage was part of the gig... imagine if the NFL said the same).
"Many UFC alums have openly stated that they have brain damage."

"I consider myself very fortunate to be able do what I do for work." I am grateful for what is available to me, and not asking for more.
