Jake Paul tries to ignite fighter pay "revolution" with Dana White amid feuding with UFC boss

JAKE PAUL claims that his constant pushing of Dana White, UFC president, over fighter pay is an attempt at a revolution in the promotion.

The YouTuber has become a boxer and has been singing loudly about the promotion’s pay structure. White has also repeatedly attacked White with his social media jokes.

Paul took his taunts with him to the studio to record a "Dana White Diss Track", which he claims was recorded to spur UFC fighters to action.

During an appearance on The MMA Hour he stated that the track was needed "First and foremost."

People seem to forget that Dana White began harassing me and talking over me before I started going after him. He said my fights were fixed or I'm no longer fighting people in my weight category and then criticised me by saying I wasn't a fighter.

"That's where the drama began in one of his postfight press conferences.

"From that point on, the feud just got bigger and larger and I've become increasingly involved in the fight scene and more passionate about fighter pay."

Paul has been a shining light on the subject of fighter pay but The Problem Child has not made any significant inroads to change the UFC's structure in this area.

However, the social media sensation suggests that he is laying the foundations of a fighters' union.

He stated that he had said it before, and like Yo, there should be a fighters' union.

It's also known as coup d'etat. I think it's French. It's basically a overthrow of authority figures or the government.

"I'm beginning to spark the coup de'etat."

Paul, who has recently purchased shares in the UFC parent company, is well aware of the suggestion that he may have an ulterior motive, but insists that his critics will be left to their own devices.

He stated, "For those who don't believe I'm serious about this, you'll find out." We are in talks with lawyers to initiate a process to form a fighters' association.

"I don't spend all my money and time on it - I could do any thing."

"I made $45m last year, I have an amazing girlfriend, I have Lamborghinis. I can go to the club. I could also go to dinners. I could even hang out with rappers. I could even retire.

I could give up all my crypto investments. Although I have everything in my life, what I find most satisfying is helping others.

"I have noticed that it has more benefits for me over the long-term.

"People think that I take all my time to do these things behind closed doors. There's so much more than they see.

"They see the interviews, they see me talk about them, but the real nitty gritty of it all, getting my hands dirty, is what I do.

"I'm in weeds, and people will see it."
