JORGE MASVIDAL stated that Conor McGregor facing him is the biggest fight the UFC could have ever made.
McGregor's 2018 loss to Khabib Numagomedov is currently the UFC's most profitable, with a record 2.4million pay per-views.
Jorge Masvidal stated that Conor McGregor facing him is "the greatest fight the UFC could ever have."
Masvidal, who has seen a meteoric rise in his career since 2019, argued that he could surpass the Irishman.
On Instagram, he stated: "For starters I'll lay that out pretty clearly. Conor and me would be the UFC's biggest fight, but that is up to us.
"I said that I was the bigger guy. I don't have a thought in my head that says, "This is not a good fight."
"For me, this is the best fight I have ever had."
Masvidal, 36 called McGregor, 33, out after McGregor won the Baddest Mother F***er’ belt against Nate Diaz 36 in November 2019.
McGregor's leap to welterweight against Donald Cerrone (38) lasted only one fight.

He did it on a week's notice, earning him a rematch that ended in a defeat.
McGregor, meanwhile, fought back to lightweight and was knocked out by Dustin Poirier (32), his training partner.
Their trio bout was further marred by disaster when he broke his leg seconds before the end.
This meant that Poirier won through doctor's stoppage, and Masvidal went after McGregor.
He stated that he would get a lot more money than someone who isn't skilled in many areas, is smaller and doesn't have the gasoline to do the job.
"So it's not on us man. It's all on them. F***ing midget, I can stand. I used to like him.
"Then he began talking about people's wives, the DMs, and this and that.
"You got your f***ing teeth kicked out, shut your eyes man, go to the gym."
