The 37-year old admitted that he was "f ****** angry" during an appearance on imPAULsive's podcast.
"I was upset and I like to be alone when I feel like that. It is better for me.
It will take you a few days to solve the problem. If I don't know how to fix it, f ***, it's a serious problem.

"I can fail at anything, but if there is a way to fix it, I can go back and tackle it again. Then I can rest easy at night.
"So, that's what i did -- five, six day in that nowhere land like, 'F ***,' then I came up a plan and now I'm going to execute that plan."

Masvidal was taken into custody and charged with aggravated Battery and felony criminal Mischief in connection to the incident. Covington is investigating.
Masvidal was questioned about the alleged assault, but declined to comment.
Although he isn't thinking about potential opponents, the MMA veteran wants to return to the octagon.
He replied, "I'm still not thinking that far." He said, "I'm just going to sharpen these tools.
