Masvidal, however, plans to leave his friend with multiple orbital fractures

Masvidal, who has long yearned to reach his American Top Team old team-mate since he robbed one of his coaches of a check, plans to make him need medical attention after the fight.

The Miami mauler said to MMA Fighting that Covington was "Definitely [my] most disliked [opponent]. It's not personal. It's business.

"Since the beginning, I knew who I would be getting involved with, what options were available, and what could happen. It's someone I don't like at any level whatsoever.

"I hope that the referee who is trying to pull me off of him, slips on a banana Peel and I get some additional shots in. This will really change his life.

"Colby is in critical condition Monday. It's bad."

Masvidal, 37 years old, plans to leave his best friend, who has life-changing facial injuries.

BMF of the UFC stated that he would have some eye orbital fractures and some breaks. The main thing is that I want to make his life better.

"I want to make his life better and I'm going to do everything in my power to achieve that goal."

Masvidal, who is currently on a 2-fight skid, made a similar chilling vow in an Instagram Video earlier this month.

He said, "Keep talking ***, though. I can't wait to see you man. This knee to your temple is closer to March 5, and it is getting closer.

"Not only will I smash your face violently, but the UFC will see you as such an liability that they're going out to kick you out.
