Khabib Nurmagomedov, UFC legend, has launched a vicious attack on the octagon girls. He called them "the most important people in martial arts."

He replied to a question about ring girls in combat sports over the decades by saying that he understood.

Abdulmanap, Nurmagomedov’s father, was famously seen standing in front of Luciana Andrade, an octagon girl, as the Eagle gave a short interview following the UFC 242 weighins.
Although the Russian does not have an issue with the ring girls, he admits that they made it uncomfortable for him when he was at events with his father.
He said, "For example, when I fight night, I sit beside my father. Every person has their own values, preferences, cultures, and preferences. Those people are passing me by, and it's the second round."
