While British legend Bisping admits that his post-retirement gigs were 'easier than getting his head kicked in, they are still difficult for his mind.

Bisping shared his post-UFC experience with SunSport: "It gets less stressful these days."

"But it's still the case when you're getting ready to fight in terms all the preparation. Failure to prepare is preparing for failure, as they say.

It really is. It's all all about conditioning. Finding the right strategy, practicing your skills, and working your jiu jitsu are all part of preparation.

To be honest, commentating fights requires preparation and research. We have to do a lot.

"Commentating for the UFC requires a lot of preparation.

Bisping revealed that he had been forced to work as hard for his Hollywood movie.

He said, "I have Den of Thieves II in the works for later this year. There are also a few other projects in my pipeline."

It's all about preparation. They want me to do a bigger role.

"So, I have to lift a lot of weight, and do some bodybuilding...

"You have to determine the character, the backstory and all the details."

Despite this, Bisping says that MMA retirement is a good fit for him, and it's because of one thing.

He laughed and said, "It's very different, it is easier - I am not getting my head kicked into!"

"But it takes a lot of preparation and work."

Bisping has a history of rubbing shoulders these days with Hollywood's A-List stars and is even close friends with Vin Diesel.

SunSport Diesel was told by the Brit that he would have made a great MMA fighter in his youth. He also spoke out on Will Smith's slap.

Bisping said, "Vin knows how he can handle himself because he is an athlete." He isn't afraid.

"I believe he had on the mean streets New York scuffles while he was working on doors.

Vin is getting older now. He's 51 years old now.

"That time has probably passed him, but when he was younger, I'm sure that he would have done just fine."

What about the Oscars? Bisping claimed that "Will has outlived his prime now.

"But, judging from the slap he hit Chris Rock in with, I don't think that he would have done too well [in UFC].

"That slap Chris Rock took the situation like a man. He continued the show, didn’t even stutter. He continued as a pro.

"So, if someone is going to punch you like that, you want it to have some impact.

"Sadly, Will Smith, Fresh Prince, is not good at rapping or acting. But he's great at slapping."

*Bisping will be there with MMA legends such as GSP and Darren Till at FOR THE LOVE OF MMA Expo, Manchester, Bowlers Exhibition Centre, April 2 and 3. Get your tickets here...
