The Rivals Return
MMA fans, get ready! Nate Diaz has just confirmed that he and long-time rival Conor McGregor will have a trilogy fight before he retires. These two fighters went head-to-head in two of the most memorable fights in recent UFC history back in 2016.
Level at One Win Apiece
With their series tied at one win each, Diaz is determined to settle the score once and for all. UFC fans feared they would never see the rivals in the Octagon again, especially after Diaz left the promotion last year. But rest assured, they will dance again, according to Diaz.

McGregor's Comeback
Former two-division champion McGregor hasn't fought since breaking his leg in his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier two years ago. While he is scheduled to make his comeback against Michael Chandler later this year, his absence from the USADA drug testing pool is causing delays. McGregor also seems to have his sights set on a grudge match with newly-crowned BMF champion Justin Gaethje.
One Last Trilogy
Diaz is eager to see McGregor back in action and hopes to witness an emphatic victory from his old rival. He stated, "Not a lot of people are doing much in there. So it's cool when people do better s**t. And better s**t different." Meanwhile, McGregor tweeted that regardless of his other fights, he and Nate will complete the trilogy and compete for the BMF belt.

Get ready for one last epic showdown between Diaz and McGregor as they put an end to their rivalry in the Octagon!
