Paige VanZant shows off her incredible core strength and 'booty gains" in a gym video, before wowing fans with her zebra swimsuit

Paige VanZant, BARE-KNUCKLE's star, shocked her faithful followers to the core by a brand-new lung-busting video in the gym.

Former UFC star, 28-year-old is set to headline BKFC 27 London on August 20,

Paige will face Charisa "Sweetheart", Sigala, as she tries to rebound from two shocking defeats.

If her online videos show, she's certainly been working behind the scenes.

VanZant, who SunSport announced is set to star as a movie star in her first movie role, impressed her 3.2 million followers with her strength and flexibility in the clip.

She has been able to lift huge weights almost parallel to the ground and use all her core strength and back strength to complete the reps.

Paige captioned this clip with "BOOTY GAINS!"

Shortly after, she had another surprise for her fans: showing off her toned body in a swimsuit with zebra print.

VanZant wrote, "Squat: Since no one raps around little butts."

Many viewers were impressed by the comments section.

One wrote, "You are amazing."

Another added, "Jeez Paige, I wouldn't likely be able to pick one of those up!" I would throw my back."

Paige, who left the UFC in 2020 has reinvented her self and has signed a contract with All Elite Wrestling as well as the BKFC.

In 2021, she made her bare-knuckle fight bow and fought twice against Rachael Ostovich and Britain Hart.

VanZant lost both those fights but has two more fights on her current contract with the organization.

BKFC President David Feldman stated to MMAFighting that he believes VanZant vs Sigala will add a lot to the card's hype.

"I know Paige is loved here in the UK.

"At the very least, all the tabloids, and everything else like it, they love writing on her, so we're going give them something to write.

"It was just an addition to an incredible main event, and this undercard is just amazing."
