Paige VanZant, an ex-UFC star, has posted a video showing the moment when she put a US soldier to bed.
The shocking clip was uploaded by the 27-year old now-bareknuckle fighter to her Instagram Stories.

It shows VanZant in a chokehold on a soldier lying on his back, before the man falls to his knees and freezes.
It was part of a demonstration that the blonde fighter was performing, with a fellow soldier holding the microphone to explain her move.
The volunteers were a laughing stock to those who watched.
VanZant captioned the photo: "Haha! This was accidentally done on an USO tour to Afghanistan.
She added, "Don't attempt this at home."
After a defeat in the first round to Amanda Ribas, VanZant was eliminated by UFC last January.
After Dana White's promotion, she received numerous offers. She decided to join Bare Knuckle FC.
After losing her opener to Britain Hart, she was back in action in Florida against Ostovich late last month. Ostovich was the last UFC fighter she had managed to defeat.
She lost again via a decision but she isn't letting her bruising, losing habit get in the way of her success.
VanZant posted a series on Instagram of smiling faces while sitting on her bed flipping her middle fingers.
The caption she added to the post was: "Guess which ****es ???!!?" I'm still smiling!! I'm still smiling!
