NATE DIAZ promised to "takeover" boxing after beating Tony Ferguson in his last UFC fight.
In the fourth round of the T-Mobile Arena Las Vegas, the 37-year-old secured the guillotine choke over his welterweight opponent.

In Las Vegas, the fourth round saw Ferguson choked by Diaz.
Diaz received a performance bonus, after he won the UFC 279 show.
Ferguson, 38, was called in to replace Khamzat Chimaev, who lost seven-and-a half pounds.
He was unable to defeat Diaz in the main fight at UFC 279 and he suffered his fifth consecutive loss in the octagon.
After beating Ferguson, Diaz received a $50,000 [PS43k] performance reward.
After leaving the 38-year old in a bloody mess, he went for the takedown in round four, where he was able score a submission.

After beating Ferguson at T-Mobile Arena, Diaz promised to "takeover" boxing.
Ferguson's shin was also bleeding heavily after he had received an early leg kick in round one.
After his win, Diaz stated that it was a love-hate relationship between him and Dana White for 15 years.
"I did it today. The UFC is my favorite. Shout out [UFC President] Dana White. I feel like I have the longest and most successful career in UFC.
"I want out of the UFC for just a bit to show UFC fighters how it's done.
"Because Conor McGregor did not know how to do this, and neither do any of these fighters.
"So, I'm going to go out and take over another job and be the best at it. Demonstrate to everyone that I am the best at this.
"Boxing, kickboxing and ju-jitsu... If you believe you are the best, you can find it right here. "I'm coming for your."
The card also featured Chimaev defeating Kevin Holland in their catchweight fight via submission in round one.
Meanwhile Daniel Rodriguez beat Li Jingliang via a split decision.
