He began his celebrations at Destino Pacha Resort, before moving on to Lineker's party hotspot.
Ocean Beach is a favorite of Jack Grealish, Love Island celebrities and other footballers.
McGregor, who just turned 34, was no different. He danced with his friends and family.
He even met a super-fan who displayed her incredible tattoo of the Irishman on her arm.
McGregor was captured furious after a person threw him a hat.
McGregor is getting closer to a UFC date after he has intensified his training.
