Round four was his most memorable moment in the fight. A right hand sent him into the ropes by YouTube star-turned boxer.

Rules state that if the ropes are used to help a fighter stand, they can score a standing eight-count or knockdown.

Woodley, 40, believes that this should have been called and that Paul, 25, didn't win any round after that.

On The Residency Podcast, he said: "I believe that the first fight was my victory."

Woodley argued for a rematch for Brit Tommy Fury (23), who would instead sign to fight Paul in December.

After suffering a broken rib during training, he decided to pull out of the celebrity grudge match.

Fury was replaced by Woodley at less than two weeks' notice, but Woodley was brutally defeated in round six.

He said, "Second fight. I was f***ing losing that fight. I was getting punched at exactly the same time as I was dropping my hand."

"So it looks like. Am I supposed to quit now? Do I have to crawl under a rock?

Paul has defeated every opponent he has encountered, including gamer AnEsonGib, Nate Robinson (NBA player), 37, and Ben Askren (retired UFC welterweight).

Fury is rumoured be in negotiations to reschedule a fight. The American will return to New York on August 6.

Woodley, however, has not yet returned to boxing but plans to make a comeback in this year's boxing.
