KAMARU USMAN won his first fight. However, he will defend his title once again when he faces Colby Covington at UFC 268, in a grudge match THIS WEEKEND.
Covington was defeated by the welterweight champion in the 5th round TKO almost two years ago. However, the fight was close up to the end.

Covington also always challenged the stoppage because he believes that Marc Goddard, the referee, jumped in to stop proceedings too quickly.
Since then, Usman has won three victories. One was over Gilbert Burns. The other two were a decision and a knockout against Jorge Masvidal.
At 170lbs, Usman still has the toughest task. But, a win in New York would place him at the top in the welterweight division.
