BRIAN ORTEGA braved pain to impress Tracy Cortez, a fellow UFC fighter, on Valentine's Day.
After losing in a brutal UFC title fight with Alexander Volkanovski last September, the featherweight star is back on the road.

He's certain to be in good company with Cortez, his partner in the women’s flyweight division. Cortez is currently on a nine-bout winning streak.
After making their relationship public in 2021, it is still a mystery how long they have been together.
Instagram users were able to see that Cortez was engaged and wore a large diamond ring.
Cortez replied to Laura Sanko, UFC Analyst, by writing 'I said yes!
Ortega and Tracy have taken their relationship to the next step by inking Tracy's name inside his bottom lip.
The MMA superstar uploaded a Valentine's Day video of him sitting in the chair with the caption 'All that I can say is...I LOVE HER'.
Ortega, who has suffered through some very brutal UFC bouts, is not afraid of pain and seems to be able to deal with the tattoo needle well.
He is currently without a confirmed bout as he looks to rebound from his third defeat in three fights.
After a brutal fight with Max Holloway, Ortega sustained serious injuries. Ortega's unbeaten record at UFC 231 was retaken in style.
After Ortega and a pair of remarkable 290 significant strikes, the governing body suspended Ortega for 180 days.
Cortez, Cortez's girlfriend, knows all about the brutality and violence of MMA. She was last seen in the Octagon in April 2021 beating Justine Kish by points.
Although she has her own tattoos, there's no sign that she's following her husband into inking her lips.
"I SAID YES!"
Cortez has many tatts, including one on her arm to honor brother Jose, who died in 2011 from cancer.
She shared that she remembers how her brother battled heart cancer and didn't give in.
"He fought it. I'm perfectly healthy. I'm more than capable of what I do.
"This is not hard work. That is what motivates me."
