Roberts was in the Octagon for the first time since two years.

The 34-year old was not unharmed as Emeev used a vicious elbow to slice through his opponent's head.

Robert was shocked to receive the shock gash during the second round at UFC’s Apex facility, Las Vegas.

The cut was not only bleeding badly during the fight, but images later showed how severe the injury was.

Roberts' scalp was seen to have been cut to the bone in the photos. Multiple stitches were required to reattach it.

Both fighters had their moments on the 'Prelims Undercard' at UFC Fight Night 195, but Roberts was able to win the fight in the eyes and ears of the judges.

Croydon's man last fought in November 2019, when he won a second round KO against ZelimImadaev.

Russian Emeev was almost on the same card nearly two years ago, but has been more active ever since, having stepped into the octagon twice.

Aspen Ladd, Norma Dumont and Norma Dumont were the top headliners in Nevada for a women's featherweight event.

Holly Holm, a veteran star, was due to face Dumont. However, she was forced to withdraw at short notice after suffering a knee injury.

Brazil's Dumont won the unanimous victory over Ladd. Ladd was returning to action after a frightening weigh-in incident in October.
