Holland lost to Kyle Daukaus in Las Vegas last weekend. However, Holland's performance in the Octagon was surpassed by Daukaus just days later.

Kevin Holland saw an alleged crime taking place in his neighbourhood.

Shug Dorsey, his coach, said that the American fighter saw an alleged crime in his neighborhood.

The alleged robber then followed him in his Dodge Charger, before following him on foot.

Holland was seen standing in front of the robber as his trainer posted video online. He is now being held by police.

The 21-7 competitor took to Twitter to make light of the incident. "Gotta grab a (doughnut), right away."

Holland, 28 years old, was controversial in his latest fight against Daukaus after a head-to-head clash that looked to have knocked Holland out.

The referee allowed the action continue. Daukaus was later forced to submit after he locked him in a chokehold.

After reviewing replays, however, cageside officials ruled that the bout was a no-contest.

Holland said, "I don't recall anything."

"I felt myself fall to the ground, and then I felt him on my stomach.

"So whatever happened between those, that's just goodwill. God-given."
