Miletich Faces Third DUI Offense
UFC Hall of Famer Pat Miletich has reportedly been arrested for driving under the influence, marking his third offense for drink driving. Miletich, 55, has been released on a $5000 bail.
Miletich Set to Return to Fighting
Despite the DUI charge, Miletich is still scheduled to return to fighting for the first time since 2008 next month. He is set to go up against Mike Jackson on October 14 in a fully sanctioned fight consisting of three five-minute rounds.
Arrested Before Press Conference
Miletich was supposed to attend a press conference for his upcoming fight with Jackson, but instead, he ended up in jail. According to KWQC, he allegedly drove his car the wrong way across an embankment. Police had to wake him up and ask him to put his car in park.
Refusal of Tests and Display of Impairment
Upon stopping Miletich, police observed bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and unsteady balance. The 55-year-old admitted to drinking wine but refused a breathalyzer and a field sobriety test.

Past DUI Convictions
This is not the first time Miletich has faced DUI charges. He has two previous convictions for drink driving, one in 2019 and another in 2021.
Facing Jackson Despite Charges
Despite the latest DUI charge, Miletich's fight against Jackson is still expected to take place as scheduled. Miletich has more fighting experience, with a 29-7 record, while Jackson, 38, has only had four professional MMA bouts and once defeated WWE star CM Punk.
