KHAMZAT CHIMAEV's incredible undefeated career saw him outlast rivals 252-2
The Swede maintained his 4-0 record in the UFC by defeating Li Jingliang, No11 welterweight, in the first round.
Khamzat Chimaev resigns from Li Jingliang
After a long battle with Covid-19, Chimaev was forced to retire for more than a decade.
He handled the Leech well, taking him down quickly and knocking him unconscious within the first stanza.
Dana White believes the 27-year old is one of his most special fighters.
It's not hard to see why, considering his dominating performances.
Chimaev's professional record includes all his fights before signing with the UFC.
BT Sport revealed that he has hardly ever had a glove on him.
Khamzat beat his opponents by amazing 252-2
Aaron Bronsteter stated that he has scored 112 strikes since joining UFC. He had only taken ONE.
Khamzat declared, "I will kill everyone" after the fight.
"I told White, 'I am the King here, I will stay a long while. He slept. He fell asleep."
Chimaev was twice booked to face Leon Edwards, No3 ranked welterweight. Both fell through due to respective Covid-19 issues.
Neil Magny, No8 ranked, has called him out.
After his victory over Geoff Neal in May's MMA Junkie, the American said: "I was going through my day and was getting messages saying the same old routine, 'No one wants fight this guy.'
"I doubt that any of the top 10 ranking will be able to fight him on Monday, when the new rankings are out."
"I sit there and read these comments over-and-over like, 'What'? No. "I wanted to fight him a year ago.
"Nothing has changed in the past 24 hours. Although he did return, Jingliang did not look as impressive, it does add fuel to the fire. This makes me want more to fight him than I did last year."
