UFC middleweight Sam Alvey sustained a horrific broken jaw after his knockout loss against Michal Oleksiejczuk.
American fighter was stopped in round 1 in Las Vegas. He was photographed afterwards still bleeding in an ambulance.

Sam Alvey was left without a jaw.
Alvey needed to be treated but he spoke out on TikTok a day later to disclose the extent of his injuries.
He stated, "I spent a lot last night thinking about it and I've finally accepted that."
"I do hope you forgive me, but I am not the greatest fighter that has ever lived.
"To tell the truth, it hurts to say out loud. Oh, goodness. I believed I could beat anyone at any time. It is not true, I think.
"I'd still say that there isn't a human on the planet who enjoys this sport as much as I do.
"Although I am not able to speak at the moment, my jaw is still broken from the first punch he gave me.
"Son of the bitch. "I'm probably getting my mouth wired shut. "I have to be honest with you. I wouldn't choose a different career path if I had the chance years ago."
Alvey, 36 years old, won the last fight under his UFC contract after Oleksiejczuk's defeat.
This MMA veteran has not won in FOUR years, and NINE fights.
Alvey has now lost three straight and is currently tied with Da Un Jung for the last four times.
Oleksiejczuk, however, bounced back after defeat to Dustin Jacoby. He has four wins in his three previous victories.
