The UFC PI even offers nap pods

It covers 30,000 square feet, and provides several recovery and training services.

There is a full-sized boxing ring, MMA cage and strength and conditioning area.

The Fuelling Station offers healthy snacks for fighters. It has protein shakes and yogurt as well as fruit and other supplements.

Consultations can also be arranged to provide advice on how to safely lose weight and what to eat.

Amazingly, even nap pods are available that have relaxing music and can be used for up to 23 minutes.

It awakens you with louder vibrations and sounds.

The therapy room offers support for fighters by providing a whole-body laser light therapy pod as well as a Cryosense chamber.

You will find an adjacent room with an underwater treadmill, as well as hot and cold plunge bathtubs. These are often used for recovery.

You can also use the sauna and steam rooms to aid in weight loss or after a session.

There is also a physiotherapist at the centre, which offers many options such as dry needling, cupping, and Pilates.

It allows UFC fighters who have been injured to undergo their rehabilitation at no additional cost.

Conor McGregor (34), famously used the PI before his 2017 boxing match against Floyd Mayweather, 45. He lost it in round ten.

McGregor extensively used the hypoxic chamber in his camp.

The chamber simulates altitudes up to 22,000ft, which can reduce oxygen levels by 50%, making sessions twice as difficult.

The facility is used by UFC fighters who have been contracted, as well as athletes from the NFL, NBA and NHL.

In June 2019, another facility was opened in Shanghai. This second facility will be used by Olympians from China, who were unable to attend the Tokyo Games.

Jake Paul, who accuses the UFC of underpaying its stable, has recently criticized them.

England's Darren Till, however, pointed out the exemplary treatment of UFC stars using the PI.

He stated on Ariel Helwani’s show, "I just want a big shoutout for the UFC team.

"So, Ariel is right. A lot of people jump on this. A lot of people talk about fighter pay and Hunter [Campbell] not paying fighters.

People seem to forget that there is a $20 million facility in the area. It's available for fighters, and they can use it with food, nutrition, strength training, or any other type of support.

"If you're looking to f***ing go to sleep there, I think you can."
