After nearly severing his coach's hair, The Last Stylebender apologized.

Adesanya quickly picked up many of the techniques that he was taught while they were training together.

Van Roon, a Nigerian-born New Zealander, almost died after narrowly missing his back with a spinning wheels kick.

Adesanya (32), nearly took Van Roon's back with a spinning kick after a leg strike.

Van Roon posted footage of the near miss to his Instagram account, writing: "@Stylebender nearly knocks me out. It's always fun to train with this guy."
