At 9 p.m. on Easter Monday, he and his accomplice ran to a Mercedes saloon.
Khan, 35, was attacked by Faryal (30), after he left a restaurant.
He posted earlier in the day videos in which he was clearly visible wearing the Franck Muller Vanguard Chronograph in rose gold with 19 carats diamonds.
Witness in Leyton East London said that the robbery was finished in just seconds and that it was clearly targeted.

"I fear that the robbers saw Amir's watch on social media, and followed him to lie in wait while Amir ate.
"He was calm throughout the whole thing which is a credit for him."
Olympic silver medallist Khan uploaded a picture of his watch and its serial number to Instagram in an attempt to catch the criminals.
He shared his thoughts with fans, "It feels strange not wearing a watch, but it's what it is."
"I just wanted you guys to know that I'm fine."
According to police, they are continuing their investigations.
