ANTHONY JOSHUA is certain that he can get Tyson Fury to the beach and the beer for a huge-money showdown whenever he wants.
Former heavyweight champion AJ spoke at an Oxford Union special appearance where he gave a talk and played chess.

In June 2020, when AJ was 32 years old and WBA, IBF, and WBO heavyweight champion, he and the WBC Gypsy Kings, 33, agreed on a two-fight match to determine a undisputed king.
Fury was then forced to participate in a third Deontay wilder clash, which he won in an iconic fashion, before Joshua was defeated by Oleksandr Uzyk last September.
On July 23, 2012, the Olympic gold boy and the Ukraine icon will rematch their duel.
AJ believes Fury can be dragged out of retirement, which he entered after a stunning uppercut knockout by Dillian Whyte.

Joshua spoke at the Oxford Union and stated that Fury could be seen in boxing if he was to retire and honor the gentleman's agreement. There's a lot to be made.
"First and foremost, I have Usyk on my list, who is a pound for pound fighter, who's a tough opponent for sure.
People say that I focus only on what is in front of my eyes, which is true, but I also want to see the larger picture so I can steamroll through the obstacles, as I must, and reach the pot of gold at rainbow's end.
"So, while I do feel that retirement does not mean you have given up on life and are now relaxing on the beach with a glass of Corona, it doesn't necessarily mean you're done.

British boxing desperately needs AJ to win back his title after the bizarre way he conceded it at Tottenham Stadium.
The 6-foot-6in-tall powerhouse attempted to outbox the smaller, southpaw technician and ex-undisputed cruiserweight boss.
It was a unanimous points defeat that ended his decade-long partnership and friendship with Rob McCracken, team GB mastermind.
Angel Fernandez, AJ's unproven assistant coach, will be taking over as head-trainer duties for the rematch. He will also have to take on the task of stripping him to his KO-artist glory.
He said: "The fight against Usyk was, in my mind going for 12 rounds.
"That was my strategy because I believed I could fight with him as a fighter. He won at least two rounds more than me. This is how he became champion.
"So, the goal is to get back to basics and to knockout.
"I feel that when I fight or spar with people, their spirit is actually dampened."
"Honestly, if you look at someone directly in their eyes, and watch their body closely, you can see how they are slowly losing their strength.
"Now, when you boxing, the art is to hit and not get hurt. You're better off boxing to stay away. This is not my style.
"My style is to get up close with people and make it difficult for them." That's my game plan.
Fury insists that he has bowed out with landmark victories over Wladimir Klitschko, Deontay Wilder and Deontay Wester to establish himself as the greatest heavyweight ever. His few remaining critics point out that his list of scalps is not complete.

AJ, who has arguably faced more difficult challenges but lost to Andy Ruiz or Usyk, has vowed that he will defeat Fury and Wilder and regain the title of this generation's greatest giant.
The battle-hardened thinker stated that "Now, I feel polished. I've lost, but I've won back, I've fought some of the best in this era, yet I still want to meet a few people: one retired (Fury), one American (Wilder), who doesn't know what is happening.
"So, a few more top fighters I want added to my resume.
"I feel like I am more experienced and have more character because of the experiences I've gone through. I will follow up on gameplans but also keep that same spirit that I had. I feel that I have added to my arsenal.
