SHANNON RYAN is mentally more prepared for her second professional fight since she quit her job at O2 as a phone salesperson.
Watford-born, 25-year-old was able to manage her part-time job while also training in boxing.
She has been training full time to prepare for her second professional fight against Gemma Ruegg, a Brit.
Ryan said to SunSport, "I feel different in that I know what to anticipate from the press conference and the weigh-in to walking out.
"The camp went very well. I feel great now that I have reached my weight.
"For my first fight, I worked three days per week. For this fight, I haven’t been working at all during the entire camp.

"I used to train like a full-time professional athlete, but I have had more time for rest and recovery so that I can focus on my mental side.
"Physically, I've always been great, but mentally for this one I'm ready."
Ryan's incredible journey led her to sign for Anthony Joshua 258 Management agency, and secure a major sponsorship deal at O2.
She began her career at the Finchley ABC in Barnet, where Joshua's stardom journey began. He took her under his wing from there.
