AJ and Chris Casey had no problem getting in the freezing water.

He braved an ice bath this weekend with Chris Casey, to help his body heal from the punishing training session.

Joshua shared Casey’s clip of them taking ice baths at a garden with his 13.4million Instagram fans on Sunday night via his Story.

The clip shows them having a good time before they head outside to take a dip in the outdoor pool.

They stepped into the freezing water without hesitation and neither man expressed any hesitation.

Ice baths are a popular choice for athletes as they aid in muscle recovery, boost metabolism, and improve immune system.

Joshua, 32, is currently preparing for a high-stakes match with Oleksandr Usyk, the new unified heavyweight champion.

AJ was defeated by the slick Southpaw in their Tottenham tussle, losing a lopsided points loss.

Although a date has not been set for the eagerly awaited rematch, SunSport believes it will be held in May or June.

Joshua has released Rob McCracken as his head coach for the crunch match rematch, but has not revealed the identity of his new trainer.

Eddie Hearn, the Watford warrior's promoter, insists that all will be revealed once he enters training camp.

DAZN was recently informed by him that AJ would do it himself when camp begins. There's been training both in the US and in the UK.

"He's got a great idea now of what his team will look for the training camp.
