ANTHONY JOSHUA announced that he will soon make an announcement about his next fight amid uncertainty surrounding his rematch against Oleksandr Usyk.
Usyk, the unified heavyweight champion, is currently fighting in Ukraine to defend his countrymen from an illegal Russian invasion.

He has not shown any signs of leaving Ukraine in the near future. This raises concerns about Joshua's rematch.
AJ however has made it clear that his next move is imminent. He tweeted on Thursday night: "Announcement soon."
Eddie Hearn, the promoter, revealed that Usyk could be given an interim fight as Usyk faces the Russians earlier in the month.
During an appearance on The MMA Hour he stated: "First, our thoughts are with everyone in Ukraine.

"People are showing remarkable bravery out there. This includes Oleksandr and past fighters.
"He can have all the time he wants, we don’t want any fight except Oleksandr Usyk.
"So, whether there's an delay to that fight or we have an interim fight - that depends on the situation with Oleksandr Uzyk and how long he needs.
"It's an emotional and personal time for people in Ukraine. We respect them and will give them our best.

"Oleksandr Usyk is the only fight that AJ wants at this moment.
"If we need to fight inbetween, no problem, but we'll respect Oleksandr Usyk's time.
"We will speak with his advisors, and if there is a delay in the contractual period we will be happy grant it.
"But we want to fight, and we don’t want that obligation be rescinded."
Joe Joyce, Joshua's former sparring partner, has attempted to get him involved in a domestic dispute-up by using a series Twitter taunts.
