OLEKSANDR USAYK will send 6ft 6in sparring partners back home to prepare for Anthony Joshua's rematch.
After winning the heavyweight belts in September, the Ukrainian will face AJ again in August 20th in Saudi Arabia.
Before their rematch, Oleksander Usyk meets Anthony Joshua
Usyk is currently in Dubai sparring the likes Martin Bakole or Nursultan Azholov.
According to Aamir Ali, Amanzholov’s manager, not everyone is sitting around, no matter how large they are.
Ali stated to Sky Sports that he was sending heavyweights (6'6") and other stuff back home.
"Nursultan was one of the few heavyweights that he continued to lift throughout the entire camp.
"Because he would challenge him and give his a very difficult time. According to what I understand, there were points when Nursultan was being instructed by Usyk, "No I need your to go harder."
"Like, don't be shy about me, just go to battle."
After a tiring press conference with Joshua, 32, Usyk, 35 tried to vent his anger on Amanzholov.
Ali said: "He said that as soon as [Usyk] returned from Jeddah from the press conference the day before, he called up Nursultan, who was sitting in his hotel, and said, 'I want to sparring today.'
"Literally got off of the plane and began sparring immediately and [Amanzholov] stated that he was in a bad mood.
"He was really angry and wanted to go to war.
Joshua must win in order to reclaim WBA, IBF, and WBO unified titles. This would allow Tyson Fury, 33, to revive an undisputed decider.
Ali, however, was adamant that Usyk's camp had given him feedback and warned him: "Anthony Joshua is in trouble."
