The bout will take place in eight rounds in the 200lb cruiserweight section.

Paul has weighed a total of 190lb in his five previous professional fights. That's 13st 5lb.

He will be jumping up to 14st 2lb after signing to face Rahman Jr at Madison Square Garden.

He is the son ex-world champion Hasim Rahman Sr., who famously defeated Lennox Lewis in 2001.

Son Jr. has had brief stints at cruiserweight, but has mainly campaigned at heavyweight where his father once ruled.

Rahman Jr., 31 years old, fought as high 16 STONE in the past so will need to reduce his size for the MSG pay-per view.

He won his first 12 fights by knockout and was defeated for the first time in April.

Rahman Jr was stopped by James McKenzie Morrison (31), who is the son former heavyweight champion Tommy.

Paul, who is now 5-0, prepares to fight a recognized boxer for his first time. He has sparred Rahman Jr twice before.

His previous wins were against an ex-NBA star, and two former MMA champions.

Paul, 25 years old, was scheduled to face Fury, 23. But, for the second time, the celebrity grudge match had to be canceled.

Fury was pulled from the US Visa Issues. He had been forced to leave last year after breaking his rib.

Paul is weighing in at a heftier weight than his opponent, who has nearly three times the number of bouts.

He said, "It doesn’t matter. They don't share my passion, my drive and definitely don't belong to my team.
