BILLY Joe SAUNDERS and Chris Eubank Jr. are currently in advanced negotiations for a blockbuster match at the end.
According to Eubank Jr.'s promoter Kalle Saerland, the pair are getting closer to a Pay-Per-View big event that will be broadcast on Sky.
Eubank Jr. and Saunders will likely have a rematch in this year's edition, but only if Saunders receives PS5m
Sauerland stated to IFLTV, "We are in advanced negotiations for a very large fight at the end the year on Sky PPV.
"It's the kind of fight you need belts on the lines, sometimes you don't. I won't give away more than this.
If his team can raise PS5million, Saunders will fight Eubank Jr.
Soon after Sauerland's claims were made, Saunders replied: "PS5million, I'll come to spank you again. @chriseubankjr, get down!
While the younger Eubank has not yet replied to the tweets however he previously admitted that he would be joining Saunders again for Boxingnews24.
The 31-year old said that he would not say no to the fight, even though he does not have a title.
"The history is there and the public demand it. It's always going be a battle of interest for me.
They first met in 2014, when Eubank Jr was defeated by Saunders.
He was split with the British, Commonwealth, and European titles.
The British couple have been exchanging many barbs online since then.
Recently, Eubank Jr manipulated his nemesis Saunders by showing proof that he had bet PS10,000 on the right outcome of the fight.
