BOXING star Canelo Alvarez refused to rule out a fight against YouTuber Jake Paul.
Social media star and boxer, Darren Criss, has called out the champion super-middleweight of the world.
Jake Paul has recently stated his desire to box super-middleweight king Canelo alvarez
Mexican Mauler Canelo first stifled the possibility of fighting the younger brother Paul by posting YouTube fights.
The pound-for-pound king appears to have made a U-turn and left the door open for The Problem Child.
The 31-year old answered a question about a possible fight with Paul and said, "Not right now."
The Guadalajara gladiator said, "He's still not ready."
Canelo answered when asked if he thought the fight might be a good idea.
He said, "He must keep improving. We wish you all the best.
Paul, despite only being 4-0 in professional boxing, is confident that he will eventually share the ring one day with Canelo.
He insists that he would defeat the Mexican who is so hard to beat.
Maxim was told by him: "I am very confident. At 168 pounds, he's a beast.
"But people forget that my natural weight is 205.
"There is a huge height advantage.
"At the end, this is a company. Canelo will want to be part of the business if he sees that.
Paul, 24, defeated former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Whiteley to win the biggest victory in his boxing career.
To keep his unbeaten record, the BJ Flores-trained Cruiserweight won in split-decision against The Chosen One in Cleveland, Ohio.
Canelo was, however, last seen in action against Brit Billy Joe Saunders in May. He won the WBO super-middleweight title by stopping him in the eighth round.
