Sebastian, a professional boxer at 2-0, personal trainer, and motivational speaker was enjoying a Dubai sunset when tragedy struck.
On Good Morning Britain, Dad Chris stated that "We must be objective. What have I learned that could give people an opinion?"
"Sebastian was truly a champion. My son was a fighter in the sense that he went out to help the disenfranchised and poor. He was always there for the youth.
"He participated in the revolution in Sudan. He was a big fan of Africa. Now, I'm taking it on with my wife and his child Raheem Sebastian.
"I rejoice for the sake of my son. I won't let myself go. There are two perspectives. The physical is the one I will never get over.
"No parent can forget that you have invested so much time, energy and love since birth until the age of 29.
"And then he's gone. You can't get back from that.
"But the inner me if I know the spirit realm, if I believe in the spirit universe, my son with me, you will remember who he was."
Salma Abdelati (Sebastian's widow), has established a foundation in Sebastian's honour. She has a one year old boy Raheem.
Eubank stated: "My son is awesome!"
"I didn’t know certain parts of him, but it's all coming back now that I hear from other people about his personality and how he worked with children.
"With his wife, we are setting up the foundation. This foundation will raise awareness.
"It is not money that I am looking for. It is awareness of the poor. We have to take care of the poor.
"We must look after our neighbor." Sebastian believed that. So I rejoice in him."
