HAFTHOR BJORNSSON told Eddie Hall that he was ready to fight for six rounds, despite having 23 STONE in their fight.
On Saturday, the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium will host a stalemate between their strongman rivals.
Hafthor and Eddie Hall star down
The pair weighed in at 47 stone two days prior to the weigh-in, proving that they are the heavyweight boxers of history.
Both have made it a point to score thudding knockouts, and earn bragging rights for the rest of their lives.
However, 6ft 8in Bjornsson, nicknamed Thor, insisted that he was fit to go until the last bell. This dispelled any fears of fatigue.
SunSport spoke to him: "I can envision myself knocking him out. But, I'm also fine with going six rounds, should it be necessary."
"I'm open to doing either, I can go six rounds, I sparred very often six rounds and even more.
"We sparring is about six rounds, then I'll do four rounds with the bags. So I do more than the six rounds.
"So, I know that my shape can go six rounds. I'm prepared to go there if necessary."
Bjornsson (33), has lost more than TEN STONE in his two-year preparation for Hall, 34.

Bjornsson stated that he is feeling great, aside from feeling tired and sore as normal. But he said that he feels ready to go.
"I haven't suffered any injuries because I took good care of myself. I do my hot and cold sauna treatments twice per week.
"Training nearly twice daily, with rest on Saturdays. Everything has been great and I am so thankful my body isn't hurt.
The contract may include a rematch clause, which would mean that both fighters have teased a second fight.
With the popularity of returning legends and celebrity boxing, it is possible that the winner of the Middle East weekend could be offered future fights.
Thor, who plays 'The Mountain' in HBO's hit series Game of Thrones, has refused to see that far ahead.
He stated, "I haven’t really thought about it, to be truthful with you.
"I am focusing on one goal right now: to defeat Eddie Hall. After that, I am open to any suggestions.
"If something is exciting and it interests you, you know, maybe."
