EDDIE HEARN claims Tyson Fury's promotional group want an 'outrageous 80 percent' split of the purse for Dillian Whyte.
Whyte is the WBC interim champion, which makes him the mandatory challenger.
Eddie Hearn stated that Tyson Fury wants an 80 percent split of the purse in order to fight Dillian Whyte
However, his legal case against the governing bodies, which he was attempting to accelerate his long overdue shot at the title has prevented him being mandatized.
If Fury was ordered against his will, and no deal could be reached between the opposing promoters, it would be sent to purse bids.
Hearn believes that the WBC would decide the fairest split and the highest bidder would be the winner of the fight.
According to him, iFL TV is almost as important as the fight. A purse split can be up to 45 percent for the interim champion.
"And I believe the purse should be at these levels. Top Rank has spoken out about Whyte receiving 20 percent, which is absurd.
"But I believe something should be left up to the WBC. The problem is time, but we are confident it will be a ruling fair to Whyte.
"I believe it is closing in, and we would love to make that fight early next year."

Frank Warren and Bob Arum promote Whereas Fury (33), through their American Top Rank company.
Hearn would likely represent Whyte in negotiations, which may require the opposing teams and TV networks to collaborate.
The promoter also said he would be open to Fury taking on the heavyweight challenger.
This would be on a Warren & Arum card with BT Box Office favourites to televise the event, as opposed to Hearn on DAZN's sports streaming service.
The Matchroom boss believes that both fighters will go to the places where there is money, opening the door for a bidding war.
Hearn stated that Tyson Fury doesn't care who promotes the fight.
"That's why I think a purse bid is most likely here, I don’t think Fury will care if Bob Arum supports it.
"He will think only about who has the most money. If I were a fighter, I would simply be interested in seeing who has the most money to fight.
"But Dillian can fight on another promoters show, and we will be there supporting him and behind him, but he wants it to be on a Matchroom program."
