"I would like to apologize to everyone. I promise to be back as soon as possible. We have overcome worse.
Pacquiao (42), has not fought since July 2019, when he defeated Keith Thurman (32) for the WBA title.
He was then left in Manilla, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
